To think that this is the first icon contest...
Well, first off I need to know if this type of layout will work on other browsers. So please if you have the browsers for netscape, or firefox please check this journal, true_sephiroth It will look some what like that but with a singe side bar, and some other altered features. I think the main problem with the last layout was due to the generator settings I made. Well, if you do see the text in the journal please let me know, and I'll get going on it right away.

Who can particapate?
Anyone who is a valid member of the pokemon_icons community may particapte. Moderators and Maintainers of the community may particapate. If you are particapating from an affiliated community such as, mastergamer then please Join Here!

Rules:
Icon Size:
♦ Icons must be with in 100x100 pixels. If it goes over then your icon will be disqualified
♦ Icons must be no larger than 40.0 kb. If it is larger than 40.0 kb then your icon will be disqualified.

What to do:
♦ The theme for this contest will be Baby pokemon so that means use your best pics of baby pokemon to make an icon.
♦ Please No game sprites in the icon. Use pics of your own, art, or even TCG graphics, but just do not use game sprites please.
♦ The icon must say the community's name, pokemon_icons, somewhere on the icon.
♦ No foul laqnguage or any other vulgarities may be on the icon.
♦ You may make your icons anyway you see fits, where you put japanese characters on it, place a border, add text, phrases, or even make a theme that can even become the community's theme, etc.
♦ Icons must be submitted by commenting to this post.
♦ Icons are due no later than 12:00 pm Pacific time.

Other:
♦ Voting will take place Staurday August 6, at 12:00 pm Pacific time, and end on Sunday August 7, 12:00 pm Pacific time.
♦ The winners will be announced on Sunday of 8-7-05.

Prizes:
Prizes will be given out to the top 3 voted icons. Same as before.

First place: Will receive a specialy made award to post on his/her lj user info. Will also have their icon posted at the main icon of the community for the month of June, and their user name will be mentioned on the community's info.

Second place & third place: Will receive a specialy made award to post on his/her lj user info.
